South Korean game developer Wemade Next Co., Ltd. has announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to develop the world’s first AI-powered boss character, ‘Asterion’, for their upcoming game ‘MIR5’. Unlike traditional scripted bosses, this innovative AI boss will exhibit dynamic and unpredictable behaviors by perceiving the game environment, recording past battles, and learning from them. Asterion will analyze player compositions, attributes, and positions to adapt its attack strategies in real-time, demonstrating advanced strategic thinking and adaptability.
